“AURORA CAPTIVA” AT THE MUSEUM OF FINE ARTS BOSTON

Aurora Captiva was an interactive 3D projection mapping sculpture developed by digital media artist Jeff Grantz of Materials & Methods. Shown for the first time at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston, this sculpture reacts in realtime to a sound composition created by Jason Crigler and controls 126 layers of individually projection mapped video content – shifting the perceived level of opacity and transparency of the solid sculpted monolith.
